Omnichannel Digital Transformation

Requirements: Leading the global omnichannel digital transformation of a telecommunications company. This project involved stakeholder liaison, research and analysis, persona development, user journeys, wireframing and prototyping.

Challenges: Identifying key challenges and producing UI & UX solutions for individual and global requirements. The project involved leading internal UX/UI designers, an external UX agency and also creating hands on solutions individually for complex journeys.
